Is it co...Oh, poor you, this sounds uncomfortable. Is it cold where you live and do you go outside, then come back in and get your cold paws as close as you can to the heating? If so, it may be a temperature change thingy and you should stay indoors until the weather gets warmer. If you're an indoor only poodin, you may need to take a trip to the v-e-t (sorry, but it's best to be on the safe side). Perhaps your Mommie could phone the v-e-t's clinic and ask for advice on whether she should take you in?
