Thirteen Things that happened yesturday
1. Took Mom and Dad to Amarillo, left at 8:30 am.
2. Stopped at a Thrift Store, found girlbean a new set of rollerblades.
3. Drove to Grannie beans Doctors apt, realized purse was missing.
4. Drove back to said store, looked in dumpsters etc. No purse, Daddy beans paycheck was in said purse. Drove back to doctors office, was getting Pa bean out, found purse, Pa bean was sitting on purse. Thanked and praised the Lord.
5. Family came to visit while at Doctors office.
6. Went to eat, we had not eaten since around 9, it was now 4.
7. Went to Wal-mart to look for girlbean a swimsuit, did not find a suit.
8. Went to Sams Club to look for swimsuit not wanting to drive too far, found one, they would not let her try it on. Did not get said swimsuit.
9. Started home.
10. Got about 5 miles from home, almost hit a deer.
11. Finally made it to Grannies house.
12. Broke key in lock to Grannies house, put boybean thru window to get into house, and got Grannie and Pa in the house.
13. Left Grannies house and went to our house, got home about 10pm.
Thank God that day is over!!!!If there had been any more excitement, I just don't think we could have handled it.

Thirteen Possible Reasons Why I Was Mad.

1. Munchkin ate all the Temptations
2. Munchkin was sleeping in my spot
3. Monte got to the clean litterbox before me.
4. The bean girl didn't clean the litterbox before I needed to use it.
5. The girl bean did not feed me first thing that morning.
6. Monte told on me for knocking things off the entertainment center
7. Mommie told me that I needed to get my booster shots
8. Mommie told me that she was going to cut my toenails.
9. Mommie interupted my bath
10. Mommie won't get the whirly bird out for me
11. I missed seeing Sabi at LillyLu's party
12. The girl bean didn't tell me how precious I was that day
13. Mommie would not get the flashy box out of my face.

13 Facts

1. Cats lick people as a sign of affection.

3. Their owners are less likely to bite them than free-roaming animals are.

4. When it's ten o'clock at night, their owners will always know where they are.

5. They will never come home looking like something the cat dragged in.

6. It will be more difficult for people to steal them.

7. They will not get shot at as often.

8. They will not disappear as often.

9. Their owners will never have to bail them out of the local pound.

10. They sleep most of the time anyway.

11. Their owners will not have to go calling all over the neighborhood for them when it's time for dinner.

12. Their owners will not find as many dead, dying, or dismembered small animals on the doorstep.

Thursday Thirteen

First of all I want to thank each and everyone for their warm thoughts and purrayers for our Mommies hands. She mowed her Mom's yard on Friday and Saturday of last week (5 acres) and if she uses her hands too much they swell. They have just started doing this since last June and she doesn't know what has made them start doing this. Swell and itch and hurt, not fun. Anyway she is better now.

Mommies Mom has let us use a spot of land about 75' X 30' for a garden. Daddy bean and Mommie cleared the land and plowed it up on Monday.
For our TT we would like to list thirteen vegetable's we are going to plant in the garden.

1. Tomatoes (2 different varieties)
2. Green Bell Peppers
3. Jalapenos
4. Corn
5. Green Beans
6. Onions
7. Radishes
8. Cantaloupe
9. Watermelon's
10. Cucumbers
11. Brussel Sprouts
12. Okra
13. Beets

I have a feeling that we are going to have lots and lots of fresh veggies, which everyone in the family loves. We haven't had a decent sized garden in years, it is going to be fun with the kids getting to help. Hopefull Mommie will be able to take lots of pictures of the garden and working in it.

Thursday Thirteen # 6

Thirteen Things you cannot do/have in a small town.

1. Go to wal-mart/target/etc, without driving over 30 miles, and still be in the same town.
2. Go to a movie, also without driving 30 miles.
3. Not know what is happening all over town.
4. Have 23, or more, students in your entire grade. ( I graduated with 18 in my class.)
5. Date someone who you are not related to, or know everything about, from diapers to dating.
6. Not know everything about your neighbor, or know someone who does know everything about them.
7. Have a wreak, and your mother not know about it before the police do.
8. Have a suprise party. It's bound to leak somehow.
9. A mall of some kind. (We miss shopping!!!)
10. Go out to eat, without seeing at least 10 people you know.
11. Get something in the mail that is packaged unsually and the postmaster not ask what it is.(Whirly-bird)
12. Let your kids ride their bikes around town, and not be told, before they get home, where they went and what they did, or who they were with.
13. And last but not least, rent a new release movie. They have usually been out for a couple of months before we get them at our local movie rental place.

IF YOU WERE A LITTLE GIRL IN THE 70'S......

1. You had that Fisher Price Doctor's Kit with a stethoscope that actually worked.

2. You owned a bicycle with a banana seat and a plastic basket with flowers on it.

3. You learned to skate with actual skates (not roller blades) that had metal wheels.

4. You thought Gopher from Love Boat was cute (admit it!)

5. You owned "Klick-Klacks" and smacked yourself in the face more than once !

6. You wore a poncho, gauchos, and knickers.

7. You had the Donnie and Marie dolls with those pink and purple satiny shredded outfits, or the sunshine family.

8. You had a pair of Doctor Scholl's sandals (the ones with hard sole & the buckle). You also had a pair of salt-water sandals.


9. Your hairstyle was described as having "wings" or "feathers" and you kept it "pretty" with the comb you kept in your back pocket. When you walked, the "wings" flapped up and down, looked like you were gonna "take off".

10. You and your girlfriends would fight over which of the Dukes of Hazzard was your boyfriend.

11. It was a big event in your household each year when the "Wizard of Oz" would come on TV.

Thursday Thirteen # 3

Thirteen things about Monte.

1...I have a girlfriend.
2...I am very easily spooked.
3...I love to be petted, when I want to be(usually after the kids have gone to bed).
4...I am picky about my food, but not too picky.
5...I do not like change(and I am not talking about money).
6...I like shiny things.
7...I have a stash of shiny things under Mommies bed.
8...I will take candy, in wrappers into the kitchen and play wif them there, floors are very slidy in there.
9...I take Missy's special sleeping place whenever I can.
10..I do not like collars, I will find a way to take them off, don't tell Mommie but my collar is under her bed).
11..I was given to the dog catcher, such hummiliation, Mommie doesn't know why and I am not going to tell her.
12..I go to check on Mommie every night when she goes to bed.(extra lovings then too)
13..I have a girlfriend, opps I already said that, oh well, I have the best girlfriend in the world.

Thursday Thirteen # 2

Thirteen Things about Missy 1. I am "The Princess" of the house. 2. I am finiky about my food, I only like certain kinds. 3. I like to sleep between Mommie and Daddy, on MY blanket. 4. I like to lounge around on the backs of the recliners. 5. I do no like a dirty liter box. 6. I pooped in the flooy behind Mommie, when she was cleaning the litter box. 7. I am now in my foreber home. My previous beans didn't want to love or take care of me. They threatened to put me in the trash. 8. My fromt feet are marked alike - white tips. 9. I like to be cuddled. 10. I talk to my beans. I say bless you to them when they sneeze, and ask them if they are okay if they cough. 11. I do not let Munchkin sleep or lounge on the backs of the recliners, they must be available to me at all times, yes, I realize I can not be in three places at once. Please see #1, if you do not understand this. 12. I must be the first one in the clean litter box. Please also see #1, if any questions as to why. 13. I allow the girl bean to take me to bed with her every night, just until she gets to sleep. I get up then and wait for Mommie and Daddy to go to bed.
