Help

Can someone help our Mommie? Our site meter has disappeared, we can go to the site meter web page and get our stats but they don't show up here. We have tried changing our template, refreshing the cashe amongst other things. Please help us, we are getting close to our 5,000th visitor and we were going to have a contest, however, if we can't get our site meter to work correctly then we can't.
Update: I found a different counter which is on the top right of this page. I have been using sitemeter.com and liked it. I am trying to set this new counter to the same number as the sitemeter so that I do not miss any visitors.
Update: I have decided to use the bravenet counter whcih you see on the right. I have reset the counter so that I have not missed any visitors. Thanks for the help.

Mommie was playing with the camera again. I do like this photo of me though, I think that it brings out my beautiful ginger colors which makes me look very handsome.
I was surfing the net and checking out some of the other cat blogs and guess what???? I found my twin. Fred over at Artsy Catsy is my identical twin. Wow, what a wonderful day this is...Monte

Flowers

Can someone please tell us what type of flowers these are? The lady who planted these passed away several years before we purchased our home. No one has any idea what kind of flowers these are, please help us. (Sorry about the blurry pics. Still trying out the new camera)

We will miss you Grandma Dee and Piper

I just found out that a good blogger friend, Kate, lost her Grandma Dee.
Sometimes there are no perfect words, only thoughtful silences that whisper softly of caring.Not only did Kate lose a very special Grandma Dee, she also lost a wonderful friend, Piper.
She and her husband live in Okinawa, and she misses her family something terrible. Please go over and let her know that even in the midst of sorrow there is always hope.

Fashion Show Friday

Since we do not have any new fashions here at the M's, Mommie has decided to have another fashion show with the cats who have her sweaters. We would like to present: Daisy, Skeezix, Tara, LillyLu, The Bengal Brats, Munchkin and Monte. Hope that you enjoy the show.

Another Winner

We have another trophy to put up on our shelf. We won the district playoffs in PeeWee Baseball. We go to regionals the first week of July. We are so very proud of all our guys.

Thursday Thirteen

Thirteen Things that happened yesturday
1. Took Mom and Dad to Amarillo, left at 8:30 am.
2. Stopped at a Thrift Store, found girlbean a new set of rollerblades.
3. Drove to Grannie beans Doctors apt, realized purse was missing.
4. Drove back to said store, looked in dumpsters etc. No purse, Daddy beans paycheck was in said purse. Drove back to doctors office, was getting Pa bean out, found purse, Pa bean was sitting on purse. Thanked and praised the Lord.
5. Family came to visit while at Doctors office.
6. Went to eat, we had not eaten since around 9, it was now 4.
7. Went to Wal-mart to look for girlbean a swimsuit, did not find a suit.
8. Went to Sams Club to look for swimsuit not wanting to drive too far, found one, they would not let her try it on. Did not get said swimsuit.
9. Started home.
10. Got about 5 miles from home, almost hit a deer.
11. Finally made it to Grannies house.
12. Broke key in lock to Grannies house, put boybean thru window to get into house, and got Grannie and Pa in the house.
13. Left Grannies house and went to our house, got home about 10pm.
Thank God that day is over!!!!If there had been any more excitement, I just don't think we could have handled it.

Tuxie Tuesday

Munchkin has been practicing his come hither looks. What do you young ladies think? Has he got the stuff? He will be a year old in just 3 short months. Then he will be a real Mancat.

Update: Mommie mailed out our Secret Paws today. We wonder who will get them....hehehe.


Missy was afraid that Sabi might be afraid of her since she had such a mad look the other day. She wanted Sabi to know that she can be a cute affectionate kitty like he is.

Happy Fathers Day

Happy Fathers Day, Daddy Bean and Pa Bean. We are sorry that you have to work, in the morning Daddy, however, we will take you out for supper, or at least the beans will, we cats prefer to stay home.
Mommie here. The d-o-g in the picture is the one that the girl thought was ours, we still have not found the owner of this d-o-g nor have we found our Buddy. Daddy is laying on the ramp that was built at my Father's(Pa) house, so that he can get in and out of the house a little easier.
This picture of Pa was taken on a good day. He is having less and less of them. The bandage on his arm was due to him running into the handles on the kitchen cabinets. We love you Pa.
Also, we would like to send a great big Happy Fathers Day out to all the bean and feline Fathers of our cat friends.

Thirteen Possible Reasons Why I Was Mad.

1. Munchkin ate all the Temptations
2. Munchkin was sleeping in my spot
3. Monte got to the clean litterbox before me.
4. The bean girl didn't clean the litterbox before I needed to use it.
5. The girl bean did not feed me first thing that morning.
6. Monte told on me for knocking things off the entertainment center
7. Mommie told me that I needed to get my booster shots
8. Mommie told me that she was going to cut my toenails.
9. Mommie interupted my bath
10. Mommie won't get the whirly bird out for me
11. I missed seeing Sabi at LillyLu's party
12. The girl bean didn't tell me how precious I was that day
13. Mommie would not get the flashy box out of my face.

Easy Like Sunday Morning

Is this our Buddy or not our Buddy?

Okay, I did not recognize the dog that came up to the vehicle when we pulled into the drive. I asked the bean girl who the dog was, she said Buddy. In my heart I did not think that this dog was our Buddy, however, I could not bring myself to tell the kids that this dog was not our dog. As this dog looks almost exactly like Buddy only, he looks like he could be a younger version. He is going to stay with us until we can find his owner, if he has one. We do know however that the Lord works in mysterious ways and maybe he has sent this cute little one to help the young beans with thier loss.
A young girl had brought this puppy to our home while we were gone today and left him with our neighbor. She said that she had found him downtown and thought he was our Buddy.

Fashion Show Friday

Mommie is showing off the cats who have purchased sweaters from her.
Here is Daisy modeling her beautiful pink sweater. Tara in her lovey purple sweater.

And last but not least, one of the Bengal Brats showing off the sweater that was auctioned off for LillyLu and TeaCup's vet bills.

Mommie would like to thank you all for ordering sweaters. She has a sweater that she has sent out to a very special lady cat for her very special day that is comming soon and Skeezix has ordered two sweaters, which Mommie has on her needles as we speak.

Horned Toad

Mommie and Daddy and the kid beans were all out at Grannie beans house last night and Daddy bean found this in the garden: This is not the actual toad that they found, Mommie didn't have her camera with her. The young beans got to pet it and it's tail didn't fall off. Mommie asked it what its name was she thought that it said, "George." When they got home Mommie looked for information about them on the internet. This is what she found.

1. It is not really a toad at all, or even related to the frogs.

2. Its face looks alot like a toad, and has a short wide body, much like a frog.

3. Horned toads protect themselves in a variety of ways. Their body is spikey and flat, so when startled they usually will flatten out and sit really still so as to hopefully not be seen.

4. They also have been known to inflate their body and hiss a lot, and in extreme cases, they can even squirt blood from their eyeballs to attack predators, a far as 5 feet away.

MISSING!!!

Update: Our Buddy is still missing, we have driven town several times and asked friends and neighbors to keep an eye out for him. We are trying to keep up hope of finding our little "Buddy," however, with each passing day our hopes dim even more. We would like to thank each and everyone for your thoughts and purrayers...The M's

We are sad to announce that someone came into our yard this morning and helped themselves to our Boston Terrier. We found the gate open this morning and have been looking for him all day. The young beans are horrified at the thought of losing their "Buddy".
This was painted by our bean daddy last fall, he is making lights to go around his fish pond(koi) and this was what our "Buddy" looked like.
